Aydes Major Achievements
Developed Capacity Building Action Kit to FARMERS on organic fertilizer production within the project site: and educated 600 farmers on the technique and advantage of organic farming techniques.
We were able to produced 3000 quintal of best Haircoat Bean Seed for farmers.
We were able Produced 30000 KGs of PEPPER for export and local markets.
So far AYDE produced 1000 tones of Teff Best Seed for Farmers.
Construct artificial water ponds of sizes 10mX15mX2m: 10mx10mX7m: & 200X50mX6m for the summer season irrigation led farming activities and Fishery (61 Million litters of water).
AYDE created temporary Jobs to 2670 local youth in 2023, and 5 permanent workers: out of which 60% were women.
We constructed 4 schools and strengthened 5 other schools as a donation to the needy and marginalized communities dwelling in the project area
